Can I order multiple products to choose from?
Would you like to order several products to choose from because you are unsure about the motif, the size or the material? In this case, we would like to recommend that you contact our customer service in advance with your open questions and get advice.
Why? All products of your order are produced especially and only for you - on demand and with a lot of love. This gives us the opportunity to offer you the full selection of motifs, products and formats in our shop and to do without a warehouse. However, this also means that we often cannot process or store products that you send back to us until the next customer orders them. That's why we would be happy - also for the sake of the environment - if you didn't order any products to choose from. In this way you help us to avoid using resources unnecessarily in the production, packaging and shipping of unwanted products.
If you are unsure which product is right for you, just contact us! We are happy to help you make the right choice and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
We are there for you by phone from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., because good service is important to us.
At the weekend we are available on the phone between 12:00 noon and 8:00 pm for all your individual questions about artboxONE.

How do I redeem my voucher code?
You can easily redeem your voucher code by entering it in the shopping cart. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Choose your favorite work of art and put it in the shopping cart.
Step 2: Call up the shopping cart using the small symbol at the top right.
Step 3: Directly below the list of selected products you will find an input field labeled "Redeem voucher". Enter your voucher code here.
Step 4: Now click on the blue "Redeem" button to the right of the field.
Step 5: Done! You should now be able to see the total discounted amount.
What payment options do I have?
We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. When you place your order, the amount will be reserved with your credit card provider and your account will only be debited after the goods have been dispatched.
You can pay via PayPal with your credit balance, by direct debit from your checking account or by credit card. Registration is useful for this, but not mandatory. It is not necessary to enter your bank details at artboxONE.
You give us one-time permission to collect the invoice amount from your personal checking account based on your IBAN and BIC.
Pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer after receipt of the goods. The invoice is due for payment within 7 days. This payment method is only available if the delivery address is the same as your billing address.
How to return your product
We want you to be happy with our products. If this is not the case, you can of course send them back to us.
Please do not simply send any goods back to us!
Please contact our customer service first. Please tell us exactly what you would like to return from your order. We will then send you all further information about the return.

Who bears the return costs?
If you want to return a product, please write to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. In this case, you will not be charged a flat-rate return fee.

A part of my delivery is missing - why is that?
Our products are manufactured at different locations. It is therefore possible that your order will be divided into several packages, which will not all arrive on the same day. If you are still missing a part of your order, wait a little longer. In most cases, the order is already on its way to you. You are also welcome to take a look at our information on delivery time for individual products.

Why is my desired motif not available on all materials?
Not every motif is suitable for every material. Some motifs have important image elements very close to the edge - these cannot be printed on canvas, for example, as the motif wraps around the edges of the canvas and important parts can thus disappear. With mobile phone cases, motif elements can also disappear through the cut-outs for the camera and connections. We want you to be able to love your product. If it doesn't look good on a certain material, we don't offer that either. In return, your motif will look fantastic on all the materials offered.
